• Clinical Data: Patient vitals, history remarks, anatomical complaints/findings, treatments, and prescriptions.
• Media Attachments: Medical investigation images (Clinic/Outside Investigations) uploaded to the patient gallery.
• Staff Accounts: Alphanumeric usernames and masked passwords used for authentication.

2. Data Usage & Workflow

Data is processed strictly to:

• Authenticate authorized clinic staff and doctors.
• Monitor live branch statistics and manage appointment states (Checked-In, Engaged, Checked-Out, No Show).
• Generate, preview, and print clinical prescriptions.
